Customer Service Apprenticeship
The Customer Service qualification is a fantastic first step for someone joining our sales teams in a junior position or anyone who interacts with customers either internally or externally.
The 18-month programme covers topics including business focussed service delivery, customer service culture and working as a team. It consists of both practical and theory-based learning, with apprentices spending the vast majority of their time learning on the job, complimented by virtual training which means they never need to leave the service centre.
