Business Administration Apprenticeship

The Business Admin qualification has been designed to upskill both new and existing administrators. Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will span developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.​ ​

The 18-month programme covers topics such as Planning & Organisation, Record & Document Production and Interpersonal Skills. It consists of both practical and theory-based learning, with apprentices spending the vast majority of their time learning on the job, complimented by virtual training which means they never need to leave the service centre.
